The team came together in Sofia in 2015 as PLANA Solutions — deploying ERP systems for Bulgarian businesses and learning how companies actually operate. In 2021 PLANA Digital was incorporated: the product decision, the AI architecture, the long game. We didn't move fast and break things. We moved carefully and understood things.

The foundation years begin

PLANA Solutions comes together in Sofia. We deploy Odoo ERP for Bulgarian businesses and spend years learning how companies actually operate at the ground level.

2021

PLANA Digital incorporated

The product decision. PLANA Digital Ltd. is founded. We begin designing the AI architecture and the long-term vision for a Business Operating System.

2025

AI goes live in production

First real AI agent deployed for a real client on real financial data. Not a demo. Not a prototype. Production. The moat we built starts paying off.

2026

BOS ships. PLANA Pulse opens.

The Business Operating System launches. PLANA Pulse opens its first pilot cohort. Pilot partners step in. The platform is live and learning.

2027

Global expansion begins

PLANA Pulse goes international. The same AI-powered BOS that works for Sofia businesses is ready for the world. New markets, new languages, same mission.
